MARLEY LEAVING WITH THE MCARDLE FAMILY

LITTLE & ADORABLE MARLEY HAS FOUND A NEW HOME WITH THE MCARDLE FAMILY. WISHING THEM YEARS OF FUN AND COMPANIONSHIP WITH THEIR NEW PUPPY.

CAMILLE & LORNA (SPECIAL STORY)

CAMILLE IN THE ARMS OF HER NEW MUM (LORNA)

This female kitten (Camille) was brought into our shelter on the evening of 30th July. She was found lying in the middle of the road outside Monaghan Town. by 2 sisters (Cliodhna & Ashling).  They stopped to help this little girl and also to divert cars from hurting her.  They phoned the MSPCA and drove her to the shelter. She was unresponsive and we did not expect her to live through the night.  Our volunteers (Joan & Lorna) took her home to provide her TLC and intensive care in the hope she might recover. Camille made a miraculous recovery -- at 6 am the next morning she was able to get up and walk. It was several days until she was fully responsive.

DANNY WITH MISTY AND THE DONNELLY FAMILY

LITTLE DANNY (JUVENILE PUP) LEFT TODAY WITH THE DONNELLY FAMILY. THEY ADOPTED THE BEAUTIFUL MISTY FROM THE MSPCA IN MAY 2009 AND SHE IS NOW 12 YEARS OLD. SHE AND DANNY SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME TOGETHER AND ALL WENT WELL, SO HOPEFULLY, SHE WILL ENJOY HAVING A YOUNG CANINE FRIEND.  DANNY IS ON A WEEK'S TRIAL AND WILL BE VISITING US NEXT WEEK FOR HIS BOOSTER VACCINATION AND HOPEFULLY WILL BE THE NEW ADDITION TO THIS LOVELY FAMILY.

DAISY WITH HER NEW FAMILY!

DAISY (NOW NAMED MAISY) WITH SHARON & BEING HELD BY EABHA.  THEY ADOPTED HER ON THE 22ND AND BROUGHT HER IN TODAY FOR HER BOOSTER VACCINATION. MAISY HAS SETTLED IN WELL, BUT NOT TOO FOND OF HER CRATE TRAINING!  SHE IS SUCH A SWEET JUVENILE PUP AND WAS SO WELL BEHAVED DURING HER VISIT.  THE O'CONNOR FAMILY ADOPTED A MALE PUP (TUCKER) FROM US IN OCTOBER 2009. WE ARE SO DELIGHTED THEY VISITED US AGAIN TO RE-HOME ANOTHER PUP! MAISY IS GOING TO HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME AND LIFE IN HER VERY LOVING HOME!!

KITTY (AKA BONNIE) RE-UNITED WITH HER FAMILY!

KITTY (AKA BONNIE) IS A LUCKY LADY AND IS NOW BACK WITH HER LOVING OWNERS (ANTOINETTE & MICHAEL) WHO HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR HER FOR OVER A YEAR! KITTY AND THEIR MALE BICHON FRISE WERE STOLEN ABOUT A YEAR AGO.  THEY SAW HER PHOTO ON THE COUNCIL'S LOST & FOUND SITE AND CONTACTED THE MSPCA. WE THOUGHT IT WAS UNLIKELY TO BE THEIR GIRL, BUT INDEED IT WAS! WHAT A WONDERFUL AND VERY HAPPY ENDING FOR HER OWNERS AND HER!!
