LUNA (AKA MEGAN) ENJOYING HER FANTASTIC NEW HOME & LIFE

MEGAN (NOW NAMED LUNA) IS VERY HAPPY AND SETTLED IN HER GREAT NEW HOME! WE RECEIVED THESE PHOTOS AND UPDATE FROM HER LOVING NEW FAMILY. THE 2ND PHOTO IS LUNA CURLED UP NEXT TO AMBER (GERMAN SHEPHERD/HUSKY MIX - 5 1/2 YEARS OLD).

Dear MSPCA Team, We adopted this cutie two weeks ago and renamed her Luna Dubh. Lovely Luna purrs like a tractor, thoroughly investigates every press, box, boot and bag she can find and enjoys playing with our dog's tail and curling up for a snooze on the clothes horse when I'm drying my clothes! Thanks so much for rescuing Luna and caring for her, as we can't imagine the house without her already! All the best, Cathy, Martin and Colm

History on Megan: She is one of Mia's 3 kittens. Mia and her young babes (approx., 1-2 weeks old) were found in a baby buggy as strays in someone's back garden. Her Mom (Mia) and Megan's 2 siblings are still awaiting adoption after many months.

Thanks very much to Cathy for sending the photos and update about Luna! Wishing them many years of fun and joy!

MEL (MELA) ALL SETTLED IN HER NEW HOME

WE WERE DELIGHTED TO RECEIVE THESE SPLENDID PHOTOS OF MEL (AKA MELA) AND UPDATE. MEL WAS REHOMED BY THE HUTTON FAMILY ON THE 14TH JANUARY.

"Hi everybody at MSPCA -- Just a wee update on Mel, she will be with us 4 weeks on Saturday and what a joy she has been. She has settled into her forever home very well, she is loving long walks in the country, chilling by the fire, socialising with family and friends and generally being at the heart of our family. Day by day she is becoming more and more confident and the transformation in her is amazing. She is such an affectionate, kind and loveable little lady. Thank you MSPCA for letting us take Mel home. Lots of love, Mel and The Hutton Family X".

SNOWY ENJOYING HIS NEW LIFE!

SNOWY IS DOING FANTASTIC IN HIS NEW HOME! WE RECEIVED THESE PHOTOS AND UPDATE:

"Just to update you on Snowy - as you can tell from the pictures it hasn't taken him long to settle in and know his home comforts!  Snowy gives us more love than we ever thought was possible. He is such a character - he loves being in the garden, however, he is so spoilt now that if it is wet outside when he comes in he won't move from the utility room until he has been towel dried! He loves his weekly bath especially getting dried. The first few days he wouldn't lie on anything but then we found him escaping to the living room and curling up on a blanket and he started to settle. He now has several soft furnishings which are his! He loves his walks and will walk for miles - we walk him every evening. He jumps up and down and walks around on two legs with excitement any time either of us come home. He is just the most loveable dog". Suzanna Hall & Paul Vallely

RINTY ALL SETTLED INTO HIS NEW HOME WITH JIMMY

RINTY HAS TRULY SETTLED INTO A WONDERFUL NEW LIFE! WE RECEIVED THESE HEARTWARMING PHOTOS OF HIM ALONG WITH THIS NICE UPDATE:

"Hi Girls, Just wanted to let you know that Rinty has settled in very well into his new home on the Cooley Peninsula.  Jimmy absolutely loves him and so do all of the family.  Rinty loves going for walks and is very happy and content. When any of us call to see him, he has a great welcome and gets very excited.  At this stage Jimmy and Rinty have visited all the neighbour’s houses and everybody now knows and loves Rinty.  He is very clean in the house.  He cannot decide where to sleep – the sofa or the dog’s bed.  He goes from one to the other and Jimmy is quite happy to let Rinty decide.

Thank you so much for such a beautiful loving little dog".  Kindest regards, Anne
